The additional locking of the handcuffs is achieved by simply turning the key and with it activating the second latching bolt. The key therefore is just needed for the opening of the Clejuso hand restraints 101 and higher security through operating the additional bolt. The almost rigid joint-connection effectively limits freedom of movement to a minimum and increases safety after the arrest. Due to the measurements of the inner circumference the handcuffs can be used on smaller and bigger wrists. The oval shape of the shackles convinces through its natural fit that in comparison to conventional restraints reduces the risk of injuries on and around the wrists.
