Offering the same operational function as ASP 4140 Friction Lock batons, the Sentry Series delivers proven reliability with a simplified, cost-effective design.

Built around 4130 steel shafts and finished in Black Chrome for durability and corrosion resistance, the Sentry Baton is engineered to perform consistently in demanding operational environments.

Proven Friction Lock Operation

The Sentry Series operates using the ASP Friction Lock system, deploying via a sharp wrist flick to extend the inner shafts. Each shaft locks securely through a precision friction taper, creating a rigid baton ready for use.

Retraction is achieved by striking the baton tip on a hard surface, disengaging the friction lock and allowing controlled collapse. This proven system is widely trusted for its simplicity, durability, and ease of maintenance.

Strike Force Grip & Handling

The baton features ASP’s distinctive Strike Force grip, manufactured from 60-durometer Santoprene®, providing a firm, non-slip hold even in wet or adverse conditions. The grip design supports confident handling during deployment and use, reducing the risk of loss of control.

A powder-coated steel cap and aluminium base retaining clip complete the assembly, balancing durability with reduced weight.
