Krieger Industries designs and manufactures mission-focused nylon equipment for government, defence, law enforcement, and specialist users. Established in 2021, the company exists to deliver practical, durable equipment shaped by real operational experience and built for demanding environments.
Veteran-owned and operated, Krieger Industries combines Australian-based manufacturing with an operational mindset to produce equipment intended for sustained, real-world use.
Krieger Industries was formed in response to a clear operational gap: the need for reliable, functional, and user-driven equipment that integrates seamlessly with modern operational systems.
Early work focused on repairing, modifying, and designing bespoke nylon equipment for professional users who required gear that performed reliably under real conditions. As demand for tailored, high-quality solutions grew, manufacturing capability expanded and Krieger Industries was formally established to support Australian and international users.
Krieger Industries is led by Stewart Locke, Director, who brings over 12 years of service in the Australian Defence Force, with experience across operational support and tactical employment roles. His operational background informs the company’s design philosophy, development priorities, and approach to capability delivery.
Supporting the business is a team with extensive military and policing experience, including backgrounds in special operations support, infantry, and logistics, as well as deep law enforcement expertise. Many team members have served as operational police or instructors in operational skills and tactics, contributing practical insight into real-world application and training environments.

Founder & Director
Stewart Locke is the Founder and Director of Krieger Industries and the central figure behind the company’s direction, standards, and capability. He brings over 12 years of service in the Australian Defence Force, with experience across operational support and tactical employment roles, shaping a leadership approach grounded in operational reality rather than theory.
His military background informs Krieger Industries’ design philosophy — equipment must be reliable, durable, and integrate seamlessly with existing systems in demanding environments. Stewart’s experience exposed recurring gaps in issued and commercial equipment, particularly in nylon systems that failed under sustained use, which directly influenced the formation of Krieger Industries.
In addition to his military service, Stewart brings extensive experience from operational policing and instructional environments, including weapons employment, operational tactics, and arrest and control disciplines. This combined perspective allows him to bridge military and law enforcement requirements, ensuring Krieger Industries equipment performs across both training and real-world operational contexts.
As Founder and Director, Stewart leads Krieger Industries’ strategic direction, capability development, and design oversight. He sets the benchmark for quality, operational relevance, and Australian manufacturing standards, ensuring every product reflects the expectations of the environments it is built for.
Training & Operational Advisor | Chief Content Officer
Garry brings extensive experience across Special Forces and high-tempo operational environments, providing a deep understanding of the demands placed on personnel and equipment under sustained pressure. His background includes operational military service alongside law enforcement training and instructional roles, giving him a practical perspective on capability, reliability, and performance when conditions are dynamic and unforgiving.
He has led and delivered training across firearms platforms, Taser, operational tactics, and arrest and control techniques, with a strong focus on safety, standards, and performance under pressure. As Chief Content Officer, Garry also leads Krieger Industries’ filming and training content development, ensuring instructional material, demonstrations, and internal training accurately reflect real operational use and best practice.
At Krieger Industries, Garry supports user-led design, testing, and capability development to ensure equipment meets real operational requirements in high-risk, high-tempo environments.
Logistics Advisor | Capability Development & Test Lead
Todd brings over 19 years of experience across military logistics, operations management, and training roles in high-tempo environments. With a strong Army background in unit planning, resourcing, governance, and operational support, he provides practical insight into what it takes to sustain capability when conditions are demanding and time-critical.
Alongside his logistics career, Todd brings extensive law enforcement instructional experience, delivering and assessing firearms training across pistol and AR platforms, operational skills and tactics, and first aid. This experience provides him with a clear understanding of the standards, safety requirements, and performance expectations placed on officers and their equipment.
At Krieger Industries, Todd leads capability development and testing, ensuring equipment design supports sustainment, training consistency, operational readiness, and reliable performance in real-world law enforcement and operational environments.
