Capability Statement

Company Overview

Krieger Industries designs and manufactures mission-focused nylon equipment for government, defence, law enforcement, and specialist operational users. Veteran-owned and Australian-based, the company was established to address a clear operational need: equipment that is functional, durable, and reliable under real-world conditions, not theoretical use.

The company’s manufacturing capability originated in response to repeated shortcomings observed in issued and commercially available equipment. Those early requirements drove the development of bespoke, modular solutions that integrated seamlessly with existing soldier and officer systems. This foundation continues to shape Krieger Industries’ approach today.

Leadership & Operational Experience

Krieger Industries is led by Stewart Locke, Founder and Director, who brings over 12 years of Australian Defence Force service across operational support and tactical employment roles. His experience in deployed and training environments underpins the company’s design philosophy and standards for performance, reliability, and integration.

Supporting the business is a multidisciplinary team with experience across:

  • Special operations and infantry environments
  • Military logistics and sustainment
  • Operational policing and law enforcement instruction
  • Firearms, tactics, and operational skills training

This collective experience ensures Krieger Industries equipment is designed, tested, and validated by people who understand the demands of high-tempo operations, training cycles, and government procurement environments.

Core Capabilities

  • Design and manufacture of specialised nylon tactical equipment
  • Australian-based production supporting sovereign capability
  • User-led research, development, and testing
  • Capability development, validation, and test & evaluation
  • Custom and agency-specific equipment solutions
  • Small to medium production runs with scalable capacity

Design Philosophy

User-led. Threat-informed. Integrated by design.

Krieger Industries operates on the principle that one solution does not fit all operational requirements. Equipment is developed through direct collaboration with end users to ensure it integrates seamlessly with existing systems, supports mobility and survivability, and performs reliably under sustained use.

Design decisions are informed by operational experience, validated through training and testing environments, and refined through continuous feedback loops.

Krieger Industries designs and manufactures a range of mission-ready equipment, including:

  • Modular nylon pouches and panels

Ongoing research and development focuses on improving durability, mobility, survivability, and integration through material selection, construction techniques, and modular design.
