Krieger Admin Assistant privacy notice
Last updated: 9 September 2026
About this notice
Krieger Industries Pty Ltd operates Krieger Admin Assistant as a private business administration pilot. This notice describes the Google Ads connection in the current pilot. The shop privacy policy separately describes Krieger's online store and website practices.
Google data accessed and its purpose
The current Google Ads connector requests Krieger's advertising account ID, account name, currency, time zone and whether the account is a manager or test account. These checks establish that the tool is connected to the intended business account before reporting is enabled.
The connection uses a dedicated service account authorised by the owner with Read only access to Krieger's advertising account. It does not request access to Gmail, Google Drive or the owner's other Google services.
Production API approval is pending. Live campaign metrics have not been retrieved by the pilot. Campaign performance reporting is planned, but is not part of the current verification check. We will update this notice before enabling that reporting or introducing new data uses.
Storage and access
The pilot runs on the authorised technical operator's Windows computer. Google authentication credentials and saved API verification results are encrypted for the Windows user running the pilot. Setup records also retain account and project identifiers, connection status and check timestamps. Successful verification checks may display basic account details in the local terminal.
Access is limited to the authorised owner and technical operator for operating the pilot, checking the connection and resolving faults. The pilot communicates with Google's authentication and API services over HTTPS.
Sharing and AI
The current Google Ads connector does not send API responses to Slack or an AI service. The Slack demonstration uses fictional data. Google API data is not sold, used to build advertising audiences, or used to train or fine-tune AI models.
We follow the Google API Services User Data Policy, including applicable Limited Use requirements. Before activating delivery through Slack, using an AI service, or otherwise changing how Google data is used or shared, we will explain the intended data flow, update the relevant notices and obtain any required authorisation.
Retention, disconnection and deletion
The current pilot has no automatic retention schedule. Connection credentials and setup records remain on the pilot computer until the authorised operator removes them. The current Google Ads connector does not maintain a campaign metrics database.
The owner can stop future API access by removing the assistant's reporting service account from Google Ads account access. Contact us to disconnect the pilot and request removal of its saved Google credentials and local records. Removing local pilot records does not delete the original records held by Google Ads.
Contact and changes
For questions, access requests or deletion requests, contact stewart@kriegerindustries.com.au.
We will update the date and content of this notice when the pilot's data handling changes. New live features will receive the relevant privacy explanation before activation.
