Micro IFAK 2.0 – Compact Individual First Aid Kit Pouch

The Krieger Industries Micro IFAK 2.0 is a compact, empty medical pouch designed for secure on-body carriage. Developed in collaboration with experienced combat first aiders and Australian Army medical personnel, it provides rapid access to essential trauma equipment without adding unnecessary bulk.

The Micro IFAK can be mounted to a plate carrier, chest rig or tactical belt using MOLLE clips, One-Wrap Velcro or the integrated belt loop. A laser-cut mounting panel on top of the pouch allows an additional tourniquet to be secured externally for immediate access.

Despite its compact profile, the pouch accommodates commonly issued medical supplies, including compact chest seals and trauma bandages.
