Phantomleaf G2 Assaulter Ghillie

The PHANTOMLEAF® PYTHON Assaulter Ghillie Gen 2 is engineered to provide effective camouflage of the most visually prominent areas of the body — the head, shoulders, and upper back — including coverage over a small backpack. Built using a newly developed mesh material, it delivers high concealment while remaining lightweight, durable, and highly functional.

The Gen 2 design is cut to allow full freedom of movement and unrestricted access to plate carriers and equipment. An anatomically shaped hood features multiple adjustment points and a traction system that enables the ghillie to move naturally with the head while maintaining an unrestricted field of vision.

Specially rounded cut edges reduce hard lines and treacherous shadowing, helping to further disrupt the human silhouette. When unbuttoned, the ghillie can also be used as a compact camouflage net to cover equipment or additional body areas. For transport, it can be rolled into the hood, minimising pack space.

Gen 2 Design Improvements

The G2 generation is characterised by a specially developed slit tape system, designed to optimise both camouflage effectiveness and field practicality.
