The Water-Jel Burn Dressing 4"× 4" is a proven burn treatment solution designed for immediate use in operational, training, and field environments. Suitable for inclusion in IFAKs, medical pouches, and expanded medical fitouts, it provides rapid cooling and protection for burn injuries when early intervention is critical.

Pre-saturated with Water-Jel’s proprietary water-based gel, the dressing helps cool the burn, reduce heat transfer, and protect the affected area from contamination. Its compact, flat-packed design allows it to be easily staged within personnel-mounted medical kits without adding unnecessary bulk.

This dressing is well suited for both primary and secondary medical load-outs where burn management capability is required alongside trauma care.
